Telmiduce H Tablet is a combination antihypertensive containing Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ).

Telmisartan (40mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and protecting the heart and kidneys.

Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg): A thiazide diuretic that removes excess salt and water from the body, helping reduce blood pressure.
This combination is used to achieve enhanced blood pressure control, especially in patients not adequately controlled with monotherapy.
