Description

Vildamac M 50/500 Tablet is used for type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines:

• Metformin (500mg): Reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

• Vildagliptin (50mg): A DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin secretion and decreases glucagon levels.

This combination helps:

• Control fasting and post-meal blood sugar.

• Improve overall glycemic control when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.
