Description

Telsite AM Tablet is a prescription medicine manufactured by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It contains a combination of Telmisartan (40mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Amlodipine (5mg), a calcium channel blocker. This combination helps lower high blood pressure more effectively than either drug alone by relaxing blood vessels and reducing resistance in the arteries.

This tablet is commonly prescribed for adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by a single antihypertensive medicine. Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.
