Description

PACEBEAT-200 is a prescription antiarrhythmic tablet containing amiodarone hydrochloride 200 mg, used to treat and prevent serious heart rhythm disturbances. It is supplied in strip packaging, and is generally a higher-dose option for chronic arrhythmia management or acute therapy build-up.

Clinical Uses

• Treatment and prevention of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation).

• Management of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome in selected patients.

Mechanism of Action
