Description
Uses:
Inapure 5 Tablet is used for the management of chronic stable angina (chest pain) and chronic heart failure. It works by lowering the heart rate, helping the heart pump more efficiently, and reducing the oxygen demand of the heart muscle.
Dosage:
The usual starting dose is one tablet of 5mg taken twice daily. Dosage may be adjusted by the doctor depending on the patient’s response and heart rate. Do not change the dose without medical advice.
How to Use:
Take the tablet orally with water, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew the tablet.
Precaution:

Inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, severe liver disease, irregular heartbeat, or recent stroke.

Avoid grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as it may interfere with the drug’s action.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use this medicine only if prescribed by a doctor.

Use with caution if you are taking other medicines for heart rhythm disorders or high blood pressure.
Side Effects:
Common side effects may include temporary brightness in vision (luminous phenomena), headache, dizziness, fatigue, and slow heart rate. Rarely, irregular heartbeat or severe bradycardia can occur. Seek medical attention if you experience chest pain worsening, fainting, or severe dizziness.
