Description
Uses:
Inapure ER 10 Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of chronic stable angina (chest pain) and chronic heart failure. By lowering the heart rate, it reduces strain on the heart, improves blood flow, and helps prevent episodes of chest discomfort. It also enhances exercise tolerance and reduces hospitalization risk in heart failure patients.
Dosage:
The usual recommended dose is one extended-release tablet daily, as directed by the doctor. Dosage may be adjusted depending on the patient’s heart rate and clinical response. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
How to Use:
Take the tablet with water at the same time each day. It should be swallowed whole, without breaking, crushing, or chewing, to maintain its extended-release action. It may be taken with or without food.
Precaution:
-
Inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, severe liver problems, heart rhythm disturbances, or a recent history of stroke.
-
Avoid grapefruit juice, as it may alter the drug’s effectiveness.
-
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if prescribed by a doctor.
-
Caution is required if you are already on medications for arrhythmia or hypertension.
