Uses:
Mesacol 500mg Suppository is used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and other inflammatory bowel conditions, especially when inflammation is localized in the lower rectum. Mesalazine (5-aminosalicylic acid) reduces inflammation, relieves rectal bleeding, and helps improve bowel function.
Dosage:
The dosage is prescribed by a doctor depending on the severity of the condition. Typically, one suppository daily or as directed.
How to Use:

Wash hands thoroughly before use.

Remove the suppository from its wrapper.

Lie on your side with the lower leg straight and upper leg bent toward the chest.

Gently insert the suppository into the rectum.

Remain lying down for a few minutes to ensure it stays in place.
Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems.

Do not use if allergic to Mesalazine or related drugs.
