Description
Milflodex BKC Free Eye Drop is a prescription ophthalmic solution used to treat bacterial eye infections with associated inflammation. It is free from benzalkonium chloride (BKC), a preservative that may cause irritation in sensitive eyes, making it safer for long-term use.
It contains two active ingredients:

Moxifloxacin (0.5% w/v): A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that stops bacterial growth and clears infection.

Dexamethasone (0.1% w/v): A corticosteroid that reduces redness, swelling, itching, and inflammation in the eyes.
Uses:

Treatment of bacterial eye infections (conjunctivitis, keratitis)

Relief from redness, irritation, and swelling caused by infection

Post-eye surgery inflammation and infection control
How to Use:

Use this medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.

Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and instill the prescribed drops into the affected eye(s).

Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface to prevent contamination.
Dosage:

Usually 1 drop 2–3 times a day or as directed by your ophthalmologist.

Do not skip doses; complete the full course to prevent resistance.
Precautions:

For external (ophthalmic) use only.

Inform your doctor if you wear contact lenses; remove them before applying and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.

Use with caution in patients with glaucoma or viral/fungal eye infections.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
Possible Side Effects:

Mild eye irritation or burning sensation
