About Olmetrack H Tablet:
Olmetrack H Tablet combines Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), with Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, to control hypertension (high blood pressure). This combination helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular events, such as stroke, heart attack, and heart failure, by lowering blood pressure through dual mechanisms.

How It Works:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil: Blocks angiotensin II receptors, causing relaxation of blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide: Increases urine output to reduce blood volume, which also contributes to lowering blood pressure.

• The combination ensures effective and sustained blood pressure control.
