Combimist-L CFC Free Inhaler is a dual bronchodilator inhaler used to manage and relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It combines:

Levosalbutamol, a short-acting beta-2 agonist that relaxes airway muscles

Ipratropium, an anticholinergic that reduces bronchial constriction and mucus production
Main Uses:

Relief of wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness

Prevention of bronchospasms caused by allergens or exercise
How it Works:

Levosalbutamol relaxes smooth muscles in the airways, improving airflow

Ipratropium blocks acetylcholine receptors in the lungs, reducing bronchoconstriction and mucus secretion
Dosage:

Use as prescribed by your doctor, usually 2 inhalations 3–4 times daily or as directed
