Arbitel-Trio 25 Tablet ER

Description

Uses:

• Treats high blood pressure (hypertension)

• Cilnidipine relaxes blood vessels and reduces pressure

• Metoprolol Succinate lowers heart rate and workload

• Telmisartan relaxes arteries for smoother blood flow

• Helps prevent heart attack, stroke, kidney damage, and other BP-related complications

Dosage:

• Usually one tablet daily, or as advised by the doctor

• Regular BP and heart rate monitoring may be required

How to use:

• Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (ER tablet)

• Take at the same time every day

• Can be taken with or without food

• Do not stop suddenly without medical advice

Precautions:

• Avoid in pregnancy

• Use carefully if you have kidney disease, liver issues, asthma, COPD, heart block, or very low heart rate

• May cause dizziness — avoid alcohol

• Monitor BP and pulse regularly

• Inform doctor of all existing heart/BP medicines you’re taking

Side effects:

• Dizziness or lightheadedness

• Slow heartbeat

• Swelling in feet or ankles

• Fatigue

• Headache

• Stomach discomfort

• Low BP episodes

• Shortness of breath (rare)
