Description

Cresar H Tablet is a combination medicine containing Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce cardiovascular risk. Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, and Hydrochlorothiazide removes excess fluid, helping to lower blood pressure effectively and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.

Dosage & How to Use:

• Usually taken once daily, with or without food.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Dosage may vary depending on the patient’s condition, age, and response. Follow the doctor’s instructions.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, electrolyte imbalance, or heart problems.
