Description

Cresar Plus Tablet is a triple combination medicine containing Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker), Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker), and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce cardiovascular risk, especially in patients requiring multiple drugs for effective blood pressure control. Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, Amlodipine dilates arteries, and Hydrochlorothiazide removes excess fluid, together providing comprehensive blood pressure management.

Dosage & How to Use:

• Usually taken once daily, with or without food.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
