Uses:
Azulix DM 10/1/500 Tablet is used to treat Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three actions:

• Dapagliflozin (10mg): helps remove excess glucose through urine.

• Glimepiride (1mg): increases insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin (500mg): reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

This combination is helpful when single or dual therapy does not adequately control blood sugar.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor.

• Take with food to minimize stomach upset and reduce risk of low blood sugar.

• Dose may be adjusted based on blood sugar levels and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Maintain consistent meal timings.

• Follow diet and exercise recommendations.

Precautions:

• Monitor blood sugar regularly.

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver issues.

• Avoid dehydration as Dapagliflozin increases urination.
