Uses:
Azulix DM 10/2/1000 Tablet is used to manage Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three mechanisms:

• Dapagliflozin (10mg): promotes glucose excretion through urine.

• Glimepiride (2mg): stimulates insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin (1000mg): decreases liver glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

This triple-action combination is used when diet, exercise, or dual therapy is insufficient to control blood sugar.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor.

• Take with meals to reduce stomach upset and minimize risk of low blood sugar.

• Dose may be adjusted based on blood sugar levels and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Maintain regular meal timings.

• Follow prescribed diet and exercise plan for optimal sugar control.

Precautions:

• Monitor blood sugar regularly.

• Avoid dehydration because of increased urination from Dapagliflozin.

• Avoid alcohol; increases risk of hypoglycemia (Glimepiride) and dehydration.
