Description

Uses:
Azulix MV 1mg/500mg/0.2mg Tablet SR is used for Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three actions:

• Glimepiride (1mg): stimulates insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin (500mg): reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

• Voglibose (0.2mg): delays absorption of glucose from the intestines to reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes.

This combination is useful when single or dual therapy is not sufficient to control blood sugar levels.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor.

• Take before meals to maximize the effect of Voglibose.

• Dose may be adjusted based on blood sugar levels and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew (SR = sustained release).

• Follow a consistent meal schedule.

• Maintain diet and exercise plan for best results.
