Description
Macsart CL Tablet is a combination BP medicine that helps control high blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine widens blood vessels and reduces stress on the heart by blocking calcium channels and sympathetic activity. Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin-II. Together, they lower BP, improve blood flow, and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Dosage:
