Dosage

Usually one tablet once daily, as prescribed.

Take at the same time each day, with or without food.

Do not stop medicine suddenly without doctor advice.
How to Use

Swallow tablet with water.

Continue even if BP becomes normal.

Monitor BP regularly.
Precautions

Avoid if pregnant or planning pregnancy.

Use cautiously in kidney disease, liver disease, dehydration.

Inform doctor if taking: other BP medicines, diuretics, lithium, NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen).

May increase urination due to chlorthalidone.
