Description

Uses

• Main use: Strong control of high blood pressure (hypertension)

• Triple-action formula:

  • Telmisartan: Relaxes blood vessels

  • Cilnidipine: Calcium-channel blocker that reduces pressure & helps heart function

  • Chlorthalidone: Diuretic that removes excess salt & water

Dosage

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, as prescribed

• Take at the same time every day

• Do not stop suddenly without doctor advice

How to Use

• Swallow whole with water

• Can be taken with or without food

• Continue long-term for BP control

• Monitor BP regularly

Precautions

• Avoid during pregnancy

• Caution in kidney disease, liver disease, dehydration

• Tell doctor if taking: diuretics, NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen), lithium, other BP medicines

• May cause increased urination (due to chlorthalidone)

• Cilnidipine may cause mild swelling in legs

Side Effects

Common:

• Dizziness

• Tiredness

• Increased urination

• Swelling in feet

• Low blood pressure

• Headache

Less common:

• Low potassium/sodium

• Muscle cramps

• Flushing

• Changes in kidney function (rare)

Seek medical help if severe dizziness, breathlessness, or swelling worsens.
