• Helps reduce high cholesterol levels, especially LDL (bad cholesterol).

2. How It Works

3. Dosage

• Typically taken once daily, or exactly as prescribed.

• Can be taken with or without food.

• Try to take it at the same time every day.

• Swallow tablet whole; do not crush or break unless advised.

• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

• Continue even if your cholesterol feels normal—medicine works long-term.

5. Precautions

  • Muscle disorders or history of muscle pain
