Description

Uses:

• Effectively treats high blood pressure (hypertension).

• Combines Telmisartan (ARB) and Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) for stronger BP control.

• Reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney-related complications.

Dosage:

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Usually 1 tablet once daily.

• Can be taken with or without food.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew.

• Take at a fixed time each day.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease.

• Avoid alcohol—may cause excessive BP drop and dizziness.

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Regular monitoring of BP, electrolytes (especially potassium & sodium), and kidney function is advised.

• Tell your doctor if you are dehydrated or taking other diuretics.

Side Effects:

• Dizziness

• Low blood pressure

• Frequent urination

• Electrolyte imbalance (low sodium/potassium)

• Weakness

• Rare: kidney function impairment
