Uses:

Effectively treats high blood pressure (hypertension).

Combines Telmisartan (ARB) and Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) for stronger BP control.

Reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney-related complications.
Dosage:

Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Usually 1 tablet once daily.

Can be taken with or without food.
How to Use:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush or chew.

Take at a fixed time each day.
Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease.

Avoid alcohol—may cause excessive BP drop and dizziness.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Regular monitoring of BP, electrolytes (especially potassium & sodium), and kidney function is advised.

Tell your doctor if you are dehydrated or taking other diuretics.
