Description

Uses:

• Treats high blood pressure (hypertension).

• Helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.

• Useful in patients not controlled with single-drug therapy.

How It Works:

• Cilnidipine: A calcium-channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and reduces stress on the heart.

• Telmisartan: An ARB that prevents narrowing of blood vessels.

• Together they improve blood flow and reduce BP efficiently.

Dosage:

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Typically once daily.

• Can be taken with or without food.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Do not crush or chew.

• Take at the same time each day.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart disorders.

• Avoid alcohol—it may cause dizziness or excessive BP drop.

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Monitor BP regularly.

Side Effects:
