Uses:

Provides relief from symptoms of common cold

Reduces runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes (Chlorpheniramine – antihistamine)

Reduces fever and body pain (Paracetamol)
-
Relieves nasal congestion and sinus pressure (Phenylephrine – nasal decongestant)
Dosage:
-
Take exactly as prescribed by the doctor

Usually 1 tablet 2–3 times a day
-
Do not exceed recommended daily dose of paracetamol
How to Use:

Swallow whole with water
-
Can be taken after food to reduce gastric discomfort
Precautions:

Avoid alcohol—it increases drowsiness and liver strain

Not recommended for patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, or enlarged prostate unless advised

Avoid driving or operating machinery; may cause drowsiness

Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
