Description

SitaXA D 50+5 Tablet is a combination anti-diabetic medication containing Dapagliflozin and Sitagliptin. Dapagliflozin is an SGLT2 inhibitor that helps lower blood sugar by increasing glucose excretion through urine. Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that enhances incretin hormone activity, increasing insulin secretion and reducing glucose production after meals.
This combination is used in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus to achieve better glycemic control when diet, exercise, or monotherapy is insufficient.
