Uses:
Sitalembic D Tablet is mainly used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels when diet, exercise, or single medicines are not sufficient. Proper sugar control reduces the risk of complications like kidney damage, nerve problems, heart disease, and vision issues.

How it Works:

• Dapagliflozin helps the kidneys remove excess glucose from the body through urine.

• Sitagliptin increases insulin release after meals and reduces excess sugar production by the liver.
  Together, they provide better and sustained blood sugar control.

Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, with or without food. Dosage depends on your blood sugar levels and overall health.

How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew it. Take it at the same time each day for best results.

Precautions:

• Not recommended for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis

• Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, dehydration, or frequent urinary infections

• Maintain adequate hydration

• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption

• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding

Side Effects:
