How Zefu CV 500mg Tablet Works:
Cefuroxime:
Cefuroxime is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing the formation of their protective cell wall.
Clavulanic Acid:
Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that blocks bacterial enzymes responsible for antibiotic resistance, allowing Cefuroxime to work more effectively.
How to Use:
- Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
- It is preferably taken with food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset.
- Complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve.
- Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.
Dosage:
