Description
Montina-L Tablet is a dual-action antiallergic medicine formulated for adults and adolescents. It combines Levocetirizine, a non-sedating antihistamine, and Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. This combination helps in managing allergic rhinitis, hay fever, chronic urticaria, and mild asthma symptoms effectively.

How It Works

Levocetirizine (5mg): Blocks H1 histamine receptors, reducing sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.

Montelukast (10mg): Blocks leukotrienes, preventing airway inflammation, mucus formation, and bronchospasm.
The combination provides enhanced control of allergy symptoms compared to using either drug alone.
