Description
Canditral SB 130 Capsule is a super bioavailable formulation of Itraconazole (130mg), designed to improve absorption and therapeutic efficacy compared to conventional itraconazole capsules. This means lower inter-patient variability, better systemic availability, and consistent antifungal activity, even at lower doses.
Itraconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This disrupts cell membrane integrity, leading to fungal cell death. The SB (Super Bioavailable) technology makes it a preferred choice for systemic and resistant fungal infections, where precise drug delivery is crucial.
