EVOXIL-CV 625 contains Amoxycillin 500 mg and Clavulanic Acid 125 mg in each alu-alu packed tablet. This combination is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat moderate to severe bacterial infections that are resistant to regular penicillins or involve difficult-to-treat organisms.

How EVOXIL-CV 625 Works

Amoxycillin is a beta-lactam penicillin antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping cell wall synthesis, leading to bacterial death.
Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor; it prevents bacterial enzymes from destroying Amoxycillin, allowing the antibiotic to be effective against resistant bacteria.
