Telma-LNC Tablet

Description

Telma-LNC Tablet is a triple combination medicine used to effectively manage high blood pressure (hypertension) when single or dual therapy is not enough. It contains:

• Telmisartan (40mg) – an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels.

• Cilnidipine (10mg) – a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels and improves blood flow.

• Chlorthalidone (6.25mg) – a diuretic (water pill) that removes excess salt and water from the body, lowering blood pressure.

This combination helps control blood pressure more effectively, reduces strain on the heart, and lowers the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage
