Description
Oratil LZ Tablet is a combination antibiotic containing Cefuroxime (500mg), a second-generation cephalosporin, and Linezolid (600mg), an oxazolidinone antibiotic. This combination is used to treat severe or resistant bacterial infections, particularly those caused by Gram-positive bacteria, including multi-drug resistant strains.
Cefuroxime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Linezolid inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, providing a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.
