Uses:

Treats high blood pressure (hypertension)

Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels & reduces pressure

Amlodipine widens arteries and improves blood flow

Helps prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage (long-term)
Dosage:

Usually once daily or as directed by the doctor

Dose may be adjusted based on BP control

Do not stop medicine suddenly
How to use:

Take at the same time every day

Swallow whole with water, with or without food

Continue treatment even if BP feels normal

Monitor BP regularly
Precautions:

Avoid if pregnant — Telmisartan is unsafe in pregnancy

Inform doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or heart failure

May cause dizziness — avoid driving initially

Avoid alcohol; it may lower BP too much

Swelling of feet/ankles may occur (from Amlodipine)
Side effects:

Rare: high potassium levels
