How to use:

Precautions:

Not safe in pregnancy (Telmisartan)

Inform doctor if you have kidney disease, liver issues, heart failure, or dehydration

May cause dizziness — avoid driving initially

Avoid alcohol (can lower BP further)

HCTZ may reduce potassium — doctor may monitor electrolytes

Amlodipine may cause ankle swelling
