Description

Uses:

• Treats high blood pressure (hypertension)

• Cilnidipine helps widen blood vessels

• Metoprolol Succinate reduces heart rate and heart workload

• Telmisartan relaxes arteries for better blood flow

• Helps prevent stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications

Dosage:

• Typically one tablet daily

• Doctor decides exact dose based on BP and heart rate

• Regular monitoring may be necessary

How to use:

• Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (ER tablet)

• Take every day at the same time

• Can be taken with or without food

• Do not stop suddenly without doctor’s advice

Precautions:

• Avoid during pregnancy

• Use with caution in asthma, COPD, liver/kidney disease, heart block, slow heartbeat

• May cause dizziness — avoid alcohol

• Check BP and pulse regularly

• Tell your doctor about all other BP or heart medicines you take

Side effects:

• Slow heartbeat

• Swelling of feet or ankles

• Fatigue or weakness

• Headache

• Stomach upset

• Low blood pressure episodes
