Description

Camyfyl Plus Tablet is a combination of an antispasmodic (camylofin) and an analgesic-antipyretic (paracetamol), formulated for rapid and effective relief of abdominal pain, cramps, and spasmodic discomfort.

Uses / Indications

• Treatment of acute abdominal pain due to spasms of the gastrointestinal, urinary, or biliary tract.

• Relief of colicky pain and cramps in irritable bowel syndrome, renal colic, biliary colic, and menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

• Management of bloating, discomfort, or pain linked to conditions like diarrhea, dysentery, gallstones, and intestinal infections.

How it Works / Key Benefits

• Camylofin: An anticholinergic agent that relaxes smooth muscle in the stomach and gut, relieving muscle spasms, cramps, and associated pain/bloating.

• Paracetamol: Reduces fever and blocks pain signals in the brain, providing effective relief from pain and inflammation.

Dosage & Administration

• Take as prescribed; swallow whole with water, with or without food—preferably at a consistent time each day.

• Do not break, crush, or chew the tablet.

• Dose and duration depend on the severity and response to treatment; do not exceed recommended dose or combine with other paracetamol-containing products.

Safety & Side Effects

• Common: Dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, increased heart rate, dizziness, drowsiness—usually mild and transient.

• Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.

• Alcohol should be avoided for enhanced safety.

• Use with caution in liver/kidney impairment, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, or if pregnant/breastfeeding—consult your doctor.

Note:
Camyfyl Plus should be used for acute pain relief and under medical supervision—prolonged or excessive use risks serious side effects, especially liver injury due to paracetamol.
