Description

Ciprodac 500 Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It contains Ciprofloxacin (500mg), a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. It is effective against infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin, bones, and gastrointestinal system.

Uses:

• Treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis and pneumonia

• Skin and soft tissue infections

• Gastrointestinal infections including typhoid fever

• Bone and joint infections

Dosage:
The usual recommended dose for adults is one tablet (500mg) twice daily, or as prescribed by your doctor. Dosage and duration depend on the type and severity of infection. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve to prevent recurrence or antibiotic resistance.

How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, with or without food. Avoid taking it with dairy products alone, as they may reduce absorption. Maintain adequate hydration during treatment.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, history of tendon disorders, or heart rhythm problems.

• Avoid excessive sunlight or UV exposure during treatment.
