Description

Cosart-H Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medicine manufactured by Cipla Ltd. It contains Losartan Potassium 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg.

• Losartan Potassium is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and improves blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps reduce excess water and salt in the body, further aiding in blood pressure control.

The combination works synergistically to effectively reduce high blood pressure and protect vital organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys. Cosart-H is particularly useful in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by a single drug.

Uses of Cosart-H Tablet

• Management of high blood pressure (hypertension)

Dosage & Administration
