Description

Cresar M 40mg/25mg Tablet is a combination medicine containing Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) and Metoprolol Succinate (a beta-blocker). It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and manage cardiovascular risk, including heart attack prevention. Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, while Metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the heart’s workload, providing effective blood pressure control and cardiovascular protection.

Dosage & How to Use:
