Description

CTD-T 12.5/40 Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic. It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and helps reduce fluid retention (edema). The combination works by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid from the body, providing effective blood pressure control and reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.

Dosage & How to Use:

• Typically taken once daily, with or without food.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Dosage may vary based on the patient’s condition, age, and response. Follow your doctor’s instructions.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems, gout, or electrolyte imbalance.
