CUFLIFT-PLUS Syrup

Description

CUFLIFT-PLUS Syrup is a combination expectorant and bronchodilator used for relief of productive (wet) cough, chest congestion, and airway obstruction associated with respiratory infections or chronic lung conditions.

Composition (per 5 ml)

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride 30 mg: Mucolytic, thins and loosens mucus in airways for easier expectoration.

• Guaiphenesin 100 mg: Expectorant, promotes clearance of mucus from airways.

• Terbutaline Sulphate 2.5 mg: Bronchodilator, relaxes airway muscles, improves breathing.

• Menthol 2.5 mg: Provides a soothing, cooling sensation to throat and airways.

Uses / Indications

• Relief from productive (mucus) cough in acute or chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and infections with chest congestion.

• Helps clear mucus and relieves tightness, wheezing, and breathlessness due to airway congestion.

• Adjunct in treating allergic and infective respiratory symptoms with mucus hypersecretion.

Dosage & Administration

• Shake well before each use; can be taken with or without food, but consistently for best results.

• Drink plenty of fluids to help loosen mucus.

• Do not mix with other cough/cold syrups unless prescribed.

Safety & Side Effects

• Common: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mild stomach pain, headache, tremor, increased heart rate, dizziness, sweating.

• Rare: Irregular heartbeat, allergy, severe stomach pain—seek medical help if these occur.

• Not for children under 6 without doctor’s advice, or in people with certain heart/liver conditions.

• May cause drowsiness or mild shakiness; caution with activities that require alertness.
