Donamem 10 Tablet

Description

Donamem 10 Tablet is a combination medicine containing Donepezil (5mg) and Memantine (10mg). It is primarily used in the management of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

• Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor that helps increase the levels of acetylcholine in the brain, improving memory and cognitive function.

• Memantine regulates glutamate activity, helping prevent excessive nerve cell stimulation, which can contribute to symptoms of dementia.

Uses:

• Management of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease

• Improvement of memory, cognition, and daily functioning in dementia patients

• Slowing the progression of symptoms associated with neurodegenerative disorders

Dosage:

• Take as prescribed by your doctor.

• Usually taken once daily, with or without food.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet; swallow it whole.

• Regular follow-up is recommended to monitor effectiveness and side effects.

Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

• Dizziness, headache, fatigue

• Confusion or agitation
