Description

DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml is a combination bronchodilator solution used in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and chronic bronchitis. It provides effective relief from breathing difficulties such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing.

The medicine contains two active ingredients:

• Levosalbutamol (1.25mg): A bronchodilator that relaxes the airway muscles, allowing easier airflow to the lungs.

• Ipratropium (500mcg): An anticholinergic agent that prevents airway constriction and reduces mucus secretion, helping improve breathing efficiency.

Together, these components work synergistically to open up the air passages and provide quick and sustained relief from bronchospasms. The Respules are designed for use with a nebulizer, ensuring that the medicine is delivered directly to the lungs for fast action.

Usage & Directions:

• Use the Respules only through a nebulizer as prescribed by your doctor.

• Twist off the top of the single-dose unit and squeeze the contents into the nebulizer chamber.

• Inhale the mist slowly and deeply until the nebulizer chamber is empty.

• Do not swallow or inject the solution.

• Discard any unused portion after each use.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from sunlight and out of reach of children.

Precautions:

• Not intended for emergency use during sudden asthma attacks.

• Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or glaucoma.

• Use cautiously in pregnant or breastfeeding women under medical advice.
