Uses:
Duotrol-SR Tablet is a combination anti-diabetic medication containing Glibenclamide (a sulfonylurea) and Metformin (a biguanide). It is primarily used to:

Control high blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes

Enhance insulin secretion (Glibenclamide) and improve insulin sensitivity (Metformin)

Maintain long-term glycemic control

Reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications such as neuropathy, retinopathy, and cardiovascular disease
Dosage:

Dosage depends on patient’s blood sugar levels and doctor’s prescription.

Typically, 1 tablet daily with meals or as directed.

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
Precautions:
