Description

ESOMIFYL DSR is a combination tablet containing Esomeprazole 40 mg (enteric-coated) and Domperidone 30 mg (sustained release), supplied in alu-alu packaging. It is prescribed for managing gastric acidity, acid reflux, nausea, and digestive motility disorders.

How ESOMIFYL DSR Works

• Esomeprazole (PPI): Suppresses acid production in the stomach by inhibiting the proton pump (H+/K+ ATPase), aiding in ulcer healing and providing relief from symptoms of burning and pain from excess acid.

• Domperidone (Prokinetic): Increases stomach and intestinal motility, prevents reflux and helps with nausea and vomiting by speeding up food movement through the gut.
