Description
Flucort-C Cream is a dermatological preparation combining Ciclopirox, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, with Fluocinolone acetonide, a mild corticosteroid. This dual-action formula not only helps eliminate fungal infections but also reduces associated inflammation, redness, itching, and irritation of the skin.
The cream is particularly useful for fungal skin infections that present with significant inflammation.
Uses

Treatment of fungal skin infections (such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, and jock itch)

Relief from redness, swelling, and itching associated with fungal infections

Management of seborrheic dermatitis and other mixed inflammatory fungal conditions
Dosage & Directions for Use

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by a physician

Clean and dry the affected area before application

Avoid covering the area with airtight dressings unless advised by a doctor

Duration of treatment depends on the severity and type of infection (usually 2–4 weeks)
Possible Side Effects
