Description
Fullform 100mcg/6mcg Inhaler is a combination medicine used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains Beclometasone, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways, and Formoterol, a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles to improve airflow and breathing comfort.
Uses:
Used in the treatment and prevention of asthma and COPD symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, coughing, and shortness of breath. Helps maintain open airways and prevents asthma attacks when used regularly.
How to Use:
Use the inhaler exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the inhaler well before each use. Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and press the inhaler once while inhaling deeply. Hold your breath for a few seconds and then exhale slowly. Rinse your mouth after use to prevent fungal infections or throat irritation.
Dosage:
The dosage depends on the severity of the condition and response to treatment. Commonly, one or two puffs twice a day are prescribed. Do not exceed the recommended dose or stop use abruptly without medical advice.
Precautions:
Inform your doctor if you have tuberculosis, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorder, or liver disease. Use with caution during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use for sudden asthma attacks.
Side Effects:
Common side effects include throat irritation, hoarseness, cough, headache, nausea, and fungal infection in the mouth (oral thrush). Rinse your mouth after each use. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or worsening breathing problems.
