Uses:
Gabapin 800 Tablet is used for the management and treatment of:

  • Neuropathic pain (nerve pain due to diabetes, shingles, or spinal cord injury)

  • Epilepsy (used as an adjunct therapy for partial seizures)

  • Postherpetic neuralgia (persistent pain following shingles)

  • Peripheral neuropathy (tingling, numbness, or burning pain due to nerve damage)


Dosage:

  • The typical adult dose ranges from 300mg to 3600mg per day, divided into 2–3 doses.

  • Gabapin 800 is usually prescribed to patients already stabilized on lower doses.

  • Always follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor — do not alter or stop on your own.

  • Take at regular intervals to maintain steady levels in the body.


How to Use:

  • Take the tablet by mouth with a glass of water, with or without food.

  • Swallow it whole — do not crush, chew, or break.

  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Skip it if the next dose is near — do not double up.


Precautions:

  • Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, mental health disorders, or a history of drug/alcohol dependence.

  • Avoid alcohol, as it can worsen dizziness and drowsiness.

  • Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
