Description

Glygard-M Tablet is a combination oral antidiabetic medicine manufactured by Cipla Ltd. It contains Gliclazide 80mg and Metformin 500mg, two well-established medicines used in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

• Gliclazide (80mg): A sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin and improves insulin sensitivity in the body, leading to better control of post-meal sugar spikes.

• Metformin (500mg): A biguanide that lowers glucose production in the liver, delays absorption of sugar from the intestines, and enhances the body’s response to insulin, effectively reducing both fasting and postprandial blood sugar.

Uses of Glygard-M Tablet

Dosage & Administration
