Description
Losar Beta-H Tablet is a triple-combination antihypertensive medicine containing Losartan (50mg), Atenolol (50mg), and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). Losartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, Atenolol reduces heart rate and cardiac workload, and Hydrochlorothiazide removes excess salt and water from the body. Together, they provide effective and sustained control of hypertension, especially in patients not adequately managed with single or dual therapy.
