Description

Macbery Levo Expectorant Sugar Free is a cough syrup used for the treatment of wet cough with mucus and chest congestion. It is sugar-free, making it suitable for diabetic patients and those advised to avoid sugar.

  • Ambroxol: A mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus in the airways.

  • Levosalbutamol: A bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, widens air passages, and eases breathing.

  • Guaifenesin: An expectorant that promotes mucus clearance from the throat and lungs.

Together, these ingredients make it easier to cough out phlegm and breathe comfortably.
